The pack and registration form has everything you need to get yourself on the Walk4Matt 2010. Places are a premium and berths are allocated on a first come first served basis. We need you to commit a £100 non-refundable deposit into raising £1500 for a fantastic week of walking, crewing and working the locks.

We have many repeat walkers from last year already signed up and raring to go so come on get a pack and raise as much money for these great causes.

		Fundraising Pack PDF includes ideas on how to put on events, an A-Z of event ideas, how to get press coverage of your events and a press release template. Also includes the sponsorship forms and Gift aid forms.
		Registration Form for taking part in the Walk4Matt 2010 and commiting yourself or team to rasing £1500. A non refundable deposoit of £100 is required.
